I didn't write this. Carsen did. I think it was a fic trade.
Oh, her eyes, her eyes
Make the stars look like they're not shining
Her hair, her hair
Falls perfectly without her trying
she's so beautiful
And I tell her every day Kyle Broflovski looked over at Linda, the girl he had a crush on for the past five years. Currently, she was at her desk working on the math sheet that was assigned for the day. Out of all the girls Kyle had met, he found Linda a girl he could see being his girlfriend. Her curly hair was a beautiful shade of brown and her eyes were a mesmerizing mix of blue and green.
His friends often told him the only reason he liked Linda was because she looked like Rebecca, a girl he liked in the third grade, but Linda was much prettier than her. Unfortunately, every time he tried to tell her she was beautiful she returned his compliment with a simple smile and nod before making her way down the hall.
I know, I know
When I compliment her
She wont believe me
And its so, its so
Sad to think she don't see what I see Kyle was walking down the hall, planning to get home so he could watch Terrance and Phillip when he saw his crush near her locker, getting her stuff to go home for the day. Taking a deep breath, he walked towards her direction getting ready to talk to her, as he stopped by the locker next to hers.
"Hey Kitty?" Kyle asked after school that day, using the nickname, everybody called Linda, making the brunette turn and look at him.
"Oh, hey Kyle, what's up?" she replied with a smile, l making the Jewish boy tense up as he gazed at her beauty, he soon realized that Linda was waiting for a response.
"You look really nice today." he replied lamely, but honestly, making Linda chuckle.
"Oh, Kyle...thank you, but we both know that's a lie." she replied as she closed her locker, making her way outside as Kyle frowned.
But every time she asks me do I look okay
I say Everybody was at Starks Pond. Even as teenagers, Starks Pond was still a popular hang out. It was a nice day out and half the school was there either having a snow ball fight, ice skating or just catching up with friends. Kyle was doing neither, he was sitting on a park bench thinking about a certain brunette. He was so lost in thought, he didn't know somebody sat next to him. He was about to tell them to go away, when he saw it was Kitty.
"Hey, Kyle." Linda greeted, Kyle smiled in response letting his cheeks turn a light pink.
"H-Hey." Kyle replied, smiling. It was silent for a few seconds as Kyle watched Kitty play with the fabric of her jacket. Suddenly, she looked up, locking eyes with Kyle.
"Was it true?" she asked as Kyle looked at her confused.
"Pardon?" he asked.
"Was it true what you said earlier today, that I looked nice?" Kitty tried again as Kyle looked at her incredulously, shocked that she would ask him that.
"Do I look okay?" Kitty asked again when she didn't get an answer. Kyle sighed contemplating on whether to confess his feelings for her or not. When he saw her get up and leave he grabbed her arm, stopping her.
When I see your face
There's not a thing that I would change
Cause you're amazing
Just the way you are
And when you smile,
The whole world stops and stares for awhile
Cause girl you're amazing
Just the way you are. Linda just looked at him, wide eyed.
"D-Do you really mean that?" she asked. Kyle, thinking he had made a mistake shook his head quickly.
"N-No, just ignore me. I was quoting some movie I saw the other night with Ike." Kyle lied frantically. He then saw Linda frown.
"Oh...Okay, I just thought that was really sweet." she said softly as Kyle pulled her into a hug.
"I lied, it was about you." he said holding Linda close as she kissed him.
"Thank you." she said looking into his eyes.
"Will you be my girlfriend?" Kyle asked as Linda nodded making the Jewish boy beam.
Her lips, her lips.
I could kiss them all day if she'd let me.
Her laugh, her laugh.
She hates but I think its so sexy. Kyle, now twenty years old, was at dinner with his girlfriend. Seven years later, and he still thought Linda was the prettiest girl he had ever met. Every day, he wondered how he got so lucky. Currently they were talking about their day. While Linda was talking, Kyle took this opportunity to soak in her beauty. His eyes were currently on her lips that he had kissed numerous times before, he wanted to kiss them today. His thoughts were interrupted by Linda's voice.
"Kyle, were you listening?" she asked as Kyle looked at her.
"Huh?" he asked.
"Obviously not" she said letting out a laugh that sounded like bells, which made him smile.
"I love your laugh" he responded as Linda rolled her eyes.
"You're crazy." Linda smirked.
"No I'm not, I'm telling the truth."
"You may love it, but I don't" she said shrugging.
She's so beautiful
And I tell her every day. "You're beautiful, you know that?" Kyle asked after a while, during their lunch as Linda looked at him.
"You tell me that every day, Kyle." she replied smiling as he shrugged.
"Well it's true." he responded smiling back. Eventually, they finished their lunch. Once the bill was paid (By Kyle who tried to stop Kitty from paying herself.) Kyle took her hand, walking her out of the restraunt to Starks Pond.
Oh you know, you know, you know
Id never ask you to change
If perfect is what you're searching for
Then just stay the same Once they reached Stark's Pond. Kyle turned to Linda, kissing her knuckles tenderly.
"You're perfect." he said smiling.
"No I'm not, nobody is...even though I try to be." Linda responded.
"You don't have to try, you already are." Kyle retorted smiling as he watched her cheeks turned a light pink.
So don't even bother asking
If you look okay
You know I'll say "Kyle, do I look okay?" Kitty asked as Kyle smiled memories returning from when he first asked Kitty to be his girlfriend. Subtly he felt his pocket before pulling Kitty close to him, kissing the top of her forehead.
When I see your face
There's not a thing that I would change
Cause you're amazing
Just the way you are
And when you smile,
The whole world stops and stares for awhile
Cause girl you're amazing
Just the way you are "This sounds familiar." Linda said smirking at Kyle as he pulled away.
"Does it?" Kyle asked smirking as his girlfriend nodded.
"I remember you asking me to be your girlfriend." she responded looking around. "This is the same place too." she continued not knowing Kyle had knelt to the ground when she looked at him her eyes widened as he presented a beautiful emerald and diamond ring.
"I'm not going to ask you to be my girlfriend again, seeing as you already are and I'm so happy you said yes back then, what would really make me happy though is if...Kitty, would you be my wife?" he asked watching the girl's eyes fill up with tears. His smile grew even bigger as she nodded enveloping Kyle into a huge bear hug.
The way you are
The way you are
Girl you're amazing
Just the way you are "I'll take that as a yes then?" Kyle asked smirking as Kitty pulled away.
"I would be stupid not to say yes." she responded laughing softly as Kyle smiled at the girl in front of him wondering how he ended up with someone as amazing as Linda. He pulled her into a hug again as Kitty hugged back both happy to start a new life together.
When I see your face
There's not a thing that I would change
Cause you're amazing
Just the way you are
