(Yet ANOTHER version of Pink Eye 2. I know you're all tired of this but I had another Pink Eye 2 dream and then had ideas that popped up in my head and decided to mix them together and came up with this. I'm still writing more so you can comment on each piece as I post it XD this another dream version I had of Pink Eye 2 with a BIG twist. The night before this dream I was playing Resident Evil 5 on Xbox 360 and the two pretty much mixed into one, in this version years have actually gone by it turns out the instead of South Park just being infected zombie Kenny had started a mini zombie apocalypse the entire state of Colorado and neighboring states have had more then half their population zombiefied. And not to mention another much more dangerous effect of the virus had been discovered. I also mixed in a bit of my own ideas, like a zombie Kyle XD, so enjoy! This version will also start after Kyle, Stan, Mutt’s and Jason returning to the lab.)
Kyle, Stan, and Uncle Jason returned with the injured Mutt none of the four knowing that it would take a much longer time to figure out the building blocks of the recovery potion. The various chemicals and such brought back from Jason’s house proved to fail over and over; Mephesto was spending days and nights mixing combinations each with a failing result weeks were quickly passing by.
During the passing of days and nights meant that the virus was still evolving, and in the middle of his research Mephesto discovered a startling effect the virus had that he never knew existed.
Within the time frame the zombie-virus infected rat he had produced was had gotten very large, it hadn’t just grown fatter from eating whatever victims thrown to it, it was also growing BIGGER.
“This, this can’t be!!” Mephesto exclaimed in horror “He’s going to be a monster!!”
“Woa….shit…..” The entire gang thought to themselves. Mutt began crying as he knew what this meant his best friend Kenny was going through the same process. With each victim he devoured he was growing, not only just fatter, but as a whole bigger (for you sickos that’s NOT what I meant! XDDD).
“How how big can he get??” Mutt asked
“I have no idea….I guess it depends on how much his body can handle but I don’t know….” Mephesto repeated. “It’s all in way for the virus to protect itself….in order to keep going it makes it’s original host as strong, as powerful, and more recently discovered as large as it can in order to keep its host from being killed. If the host died the virus would die with him…therefore the virus has also made him immune to the most common threats like knives and possibly gun fire. In theory the larger and more powerful Kenny gets the more immune he is to just about any weapon.”
At those words Mutt’s heart just sank as he sulked in a corner.
“And I’m afraid I have yet to figure out the cure…I don’t know what to tell you kids…but that I’m sorry I’ve created a true monster out of your friend….” Mephesto said with great regret as he tried to continue on with his work.
Everyone had basically given up hope of ever seeing normal Kenny ever again or even a “normal” South Park ever again. Not only did it meant that Kenny was quickly getting worst it meant that the town was either in his stomach or had turned into zombies themselves and were quickly infecting the other people. Weeks quickly turned into months and the months turned into years.
Within such a quick time frame with the help of its zombie host the virus had spread across the state of Colorado, and with each zombie victim it passed along its nearest neighboring states Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Nebraska, and Oklahoma. Within the following months it had proceeded from those states into the basically half of the Western part of the country. Nearly half the population were flesh starving zombies, there were survivors but very few, they had buckled themselves down in underground bunkers as the Military did its best to protect its living citizens.
Three years had passed and Mephesto was finally on the verge of completing his cure. During this time the people under his care Kyle, Stan, Wendy, Tweek, Jimmy, Mutt, Kevin S, John, Pip, Red, and Uncle Jason had to learn how to go “grocery shopping” the new way. By now the town of South Park was chock full of zombies ready to gorge on any victim they got a hold of. They had been using Mephesto’s car to race to and from stores not only did they raid abandoned grocery stores for food and other basic needs but they had also raided uncle Jimbo’s gun shop for carloads of various guns, arrows, ammo and other weapons. Each time the town was more and more packed with zombies. The survivors made sure to make each trip as quick as possible less they themselves wanted
Today was another “shopping day”
“Dudes we’re running low on food and well everything again!!” Kyle said staring at Mephesto’s near empty cabinets
“Again…??” Mutt groaned as he clenched onto a big ass machete. It was of course from Uncle Jason’s collection, but during the times of desperation and zombie apocalypse Jason was surprisingly allowing Mutt possession of the machete. “I can’t take another grocery day!!” Mutt groaned again
“Me neither!!! AAAGFHHHH!” Tweek added “WE’RE NOT GOING TO MAKE IT THIS TIME!!!” He cried
Stan was also in a panic as he stared out the peep hole of the massive metal front door. Mephesto’s place was a great spot to keep zombies out as the whole entire shelter was made of a very heavy, durable, metal and the windows were sparse and too small for any human to squeeze into. No amount of pounding on the walls could make them fall down. As Stan peered out as best as he could tell the area right in front of the door was clear.
“Dudes this is fucked up I don’t want to go “shopping” again! Last time I almost lost my arm to Mr. Mackey!!!” Stan yelled
“Well…we don’t really have a choice….” Kevin remarked “We either go shopping in the zombie infested town or we starve to death….either way we don’t have very good odds…”
“I don’t mind starving to death….” Red remarked
“Me neither….” Wendy winced as she held onto her friends for support
“Starvation is extremely painful….but being bitten by a zombie might even be more painful…” John remarked
“Guys you know we have to go out there….as much as you say that now you’re not going to be happy when you’re being eaten by your own stomach.. “ Kyle remarked.
Everyone groaned no body wanted to go outside but they knew Kyle was right. If they were to survive they needed food and various other supplies, besides they’ve already done this a dozen times.
“Good news boys! I think I’ve found it!!” Mephesto yelled. “The cure!!”
Everybody’s ears perked up at those words.
“It still needs work,….but it only has one missing ingredient I’m not sure what it is…” Mephesto added
The others sort of groaned at the other part of his news.
“Do you have any idea what you’re looking for with this missing ingredient?” Stan asked
“Well the concoction I have now can turn down the zombie’s aggression and flesh hunger but it can’t seem to bring out the zombie itself. As long as it’s still a zombie it will end up growing back to the aggression and hunger…what I need as an ingredient that can fight death itself. “Mephesto groaned
“Can fight death itself….” Kevin repeated “I wish I knew what that meant...”
“Me too oh well not enough time to figure it out…” Kyle replied “We have to go shopping now before it gets too dark…” He added
The others agreed.
“I will continue working on this while you are gone…” Mephesto said as he and his assistant Kevin continued working. Everyone leaving grabbed a the largest and most fully loaded guns and accompanied the guns with a large knife. Mutt grabbed a boxful of ammo just encase as Stan grabbed the key’s to Mephesto’s large SUV. Luckily it was just big enough for the 10 of them Timmy was left behind with Mephesto. Uncle Jason insisted on staying with his nephew to make sure he didn’t end up undead like he himself was.
The gang quickly ran from the lab and piled into the SUV shutting the doors tight and locking them. Stan was at the wheel as him and his friends panted, the SUV could protect them for only so long, however enough pounding on the vehicle would break the windows and even stall the engine. So as sure Stan had everyone accounted for he started up the automobile and quickly raced to there destinations. Unaware that it would be the last they would see of Mephesto and their only known sanctuary for 3 yrs.
As Mephesto continued working he could suddenly hear footsteps coming from his basement. He looked up to see Kevin still sitting at his side and Timmy sitting in the corner they too were listening as they stared at each other in a panic. Surely the entire shelter was made of metal but all this time had forgotten all about the old, rusting, metal door of the basement, with enough strength a few zombies were able to bash it in. And the door leading in and out of the basement from the room they were standing in wasn’t made of metal but of old fashioned wood.
“Damn it Kevin….I knew this was coming sooner or later…no shelter is truly impenetrable. Not even my metal lab….” Mephesto said with tears of fear streaming as he stared at his deformed assistant who looked back at him shivering.
“It is too late for us Kevin….and for you as well Timmy as fast as your chair is your battery is way too low…It won’t be long…” Mephesto added
“Timmaaah.” Timmy replied with great fear in his tone.
“I must do something quickly…..” Mephesto said as he could hear the footsteps becoming louder as fast as he could the scientist gathered a dozen vials of the newest concoction which were on ingredient short of the true cure, he capped each of them and then took a dozen empty syringes and stuck the closed vials and syringes in a small bright yellow container the size of a pack of cigarettes, it had a pocket on each side that allowed Mephesto to slip the vials on one side of the container and the syringes on the other, and he zipped it up. He then began scribbling at that time the wooden door broke into pieces and in the doorway stood a crowd of a few zombiefied townsfolk including Mr. Mackey and Mr. Garrison. Their skin both a horrendous brown green and their glassed over starved eyes glared at Mephesto as they were about to attack.
“Please, please wait!! Give me at least 1 minute!! “Mepheso pleaded as he held out his hand in a stop manner. Surprisingly the zombies listened and for a moment didn’t move from their spot.
“You get one minute….” Mr. Garrison replied in a demonic tone
“Only…one….mkaay….” Mr. Mackey added as he drooled through his teeth
The one minute gave Mephesto enough time to scribble down what he had to say before placing it in a strap on the side of the small bag-like container with the vials and syringes, and then placed it in on a tall stool that stood right in front of the metal door, so it’d be the first thing spotted when the door was pushed open. He sighed and gulped as he then faced his rather patient attackers.
“Ok I’m ready to pay for my mistakes….” Mephesto said
“Good…cause you’re minute is up….mkaay.” Mr. Mackey replied as him and his fellow zombies closed in on Mephesto and his assistant Kevin who refused to leave his father figure behind. And Timmy too would succumb to the horde.
An hour would past before the gang came back from raiding the grocery store. Unknown to them of the horror that had happened just moments ago, they parked the SUV just inches away from the front door. This would allow them to rush their food supplies inside as quickly as possible but this time was very different. Kyle was the first to open the door and reveal to the gang of the actions that had taken place. What greeted them first was the small bright yellow bag-like container sitting on the stool with the note.
“Oh shit….you guys….something feels very wrong…” Kyle said as he and the gang noted that Mephesto was no where to be found…and spotted the broken wooden door that lead to the basement.
They hesitantly searched the room for him as Mutt examined the container and pulled out the note and read it.
He slowly read it aloud.
“Dear Children, by the time you have read this Kevin, Timmy and I will be zombies, as I have forgotten the decaying old door in the basement. To you I leave you a dozen vials of the concoction and a dozen syringes in great hope that you find the missing ingredient in time to reverse the virus. Remember that what you are looking for is something that can defeat death itself. Please keep yourself safe and look after each other. If we succeed in finding the cure then we have won, if the cure is never found then we have failed and if the later happens I am grievously sorry for the severe troubles I have caused. It is all up to you now good luck.
-Mephesto”
As Mutt finished the letter the gang of 10 stared at each other in disbelief. They were truly on their own in a zombie apocalyptic nightmare in a hope to find the missing ingredient before they too ended up as zombies. They knew they had to leave their sanctuary, now only the lab but their home of South Park in order to keep themselves safe at least long enough to find a true cure.
Before they could comprehend a few lone zombies came charging from the back of the room. The leftovers of the horde from before, Mutt stuffed the bag-like container in his pocket before him and the rest dashed out of the lab and towards the SUV. Luckily for them it was still stockpiled with food and weapons, the gang piled into the vehicle and shut and locked the doors before realizing somebody was missing!
“Where’s Kyle?!!!” Stan asked in a panic as him and the others looked out the window to their horror Kyle had tripped in the rush and was being corner by none other then a zombie fat ass Cartman.
Kyle was doing his best to fight off his frenmy. “FUCK OFF FAT ASS!!” He yelled somehow he had managed to forget his fucking gun and had no way of avoiding the inevitable.
“I always wondered what Jew meat would taste like!!” Cartman drooled as he latched on to Kyle’s arm and bit down HARD. Kyle’s howled in pain when Stan came rushing to his aid with his shotgun he fired a blasted that nailed Cartman straight in his face. Which left him with half his face blown clean off amazingly he was still “alive”! Cartman let out a growl at Stan and ran off.
“Dude are you ok?!” Stan asked as he got to Kyle and pulled his injured friend into the back seat of SUV before closing the door once again. And taking his spot in the driver’s seat.
“That was so close I thought I was going to actually be eaten by fat ass!!!” Kyle said as he was still shaken from the ordeal. “Thank you Stan, Thank you!!!”
“No problem I’m not leaving my best friend behind!” Stan replied
“Yeaah nice save Stan but there is now one little, tiny problem…” Mutt said as he, as well as Kevin, John, Tweek, and uncle J found themselves sitting next to the injured Kyle
“What?” Stan asked
“That…..” Mutt replied as he pointed at Kyle’s badly bitten arm “I hate to tell you this but once you’re bitten by a zombie you become a zombie…”
At that point everyone stared at each other before staring at Kyle. Kyle himself began sniveling in fear. “I don’t want to be a zombie…..” He whimpered
“Well…maybe he won’t ….turn….” Stan offered knowing well that there was nothing they could do if Kyle turned on them. The safest option was to shove Kyle back out of the SUV but Stan couldn’t do that. Just as Mutt was loyal to Kenny he was damn loyal to Kyle.
“Maybe you should kick me out Stan….I don’t want to end up eating my friends….” Kyle said as he started to slowly fill himself begin to change.
“I’m not kicking you out!” Stan replied
“What do we do Stan? We have a zombie trapped in the car with us….” Wendy asked with concern as her, Pip and Red took the passenger seat.
“And he is starting to turn…..” Mutt noted as he watched Kyle’s teeth begin to evolve into a stronger, more powerful set of bone-crushing jaws. Mutt whimpered “Please don’t eat me Kyle….”
“I’ll…I’ll try not to.” Kyle whimpered “I think I can control it for awhile…I mean it took Kenny a while before he went bezerk right?”
“Besides we only need on ingredient to complete the cure too…”Stan added as he began driving off. Where he was heading he had no idea but he knew they had to get as far away from South Park as possible.
“Is it possible to contain Kyle….?” Red asked
“He’ll be find dudes! Relax zombies don’t eat their good friends right…?” Stan asked
“Kenny’s my very good best friend and he tried to eat ME remember???!” Mutt replied
“Look just trust me on this please…I don’t want to kick out my best friend…Mutt if it were Kenny you’d feel the same exact way…” Stan said
Mutt sighed as he could understand what Stan was going through
“We’ll think of something Kyle don’t you worry…” Stan said with some optimism in his voice.
That was when Kyle felt his stomach grumble a bit…he was starting to crave flesh. “I hope so Stan I don’t know how long I can control myself…” He replied as he began staring hungrily at the three companions that sat next to him.
Mutt, John, and Kevin whimpered to themselves. Jason had no worries he was already a zombie.
“Ummm we still have the meat we went shopping for let’s see…” Mutt said as he searched through a grocery bag and pulled out some raw hamburger patties.
“Oh yess! Please!” Kyle begged as he began drooling for raw meat!
Mutt quickly opened the package and offered Kyle a raw burger. The zombie sniffed the patty before quickly gobbling up nearly missing Mutt’s hand.
“Woa calm down there please don’t take off my hand!!” Mutt yelled as he continued to feed zombie Kyle the raw burgers.
“Well that should help some….so anyone know where we should go or what we should do?” Stan asked as he continued on driving to wherever.
Minus the sounds of Kyle snacking happily on raw burgers Stan’s only response was an eerie silence. Meaning that pretty much no one was sure of what to do next.
“Come on guys we need to think of something otherwise we might as well just throw ourselves to the zombies.” Stan added
“Well the note said the last ingredient for the cure is something that can defeat death….what do we know can do that?” Red asked
“Or who….” Kevin added
“…uncle Jason?” John asked as he looked up at Jason.
“Perhaps we can draw his blood and use that?” Stan asked
“Is there even any blood left in Uncle Jason?” Mutt asked
Jason groaned a bit as a reply.
“Being undead for so long there is probably something pumping through his veins but if its blood its long past its freshness and can’t be harvested…” John replied
“Damn it!” Stan responded
“And…we’ve ran out of burgers…” Mutt announced as he feeds the last one to a still hungry fast changing zombie Kyle. Still starving the zombie continuously licks Mutt’s hand for any remaining crumbs.
“Uh…crap there should be like pork chops and stuff in the other bags…” Stan responded
“But he’s Jewish…I’m not feeding him a pork chop that’d be disrespectful of his culture!” Mutt replied
“Well there should also be like steaks and grounded hamburger keep checking.” Stan said
Mutt began searching through the other bags as an eager zombie Kyle begins tasting him. As Mutt scrambles through a bag for a package of ground beef he can feel the zombie licking his arm. “No no Kyle don’t do that here here!!” He tells Kyle as he quickly opens the hamburger and shoves it in to the zombie’s mouth. Mutt had the unfortunate spot right next to the Jewish kid who was quickly becoming a ravenous zombie.
Kyle eats the meat greedily as he shoves Mutt around to feed him even more meat. “Eheh I …I was trying to eat you…” He lies as he chews up the hamburger
“You’re doing good Mutt…” Stan said trying to cheer him on.
“Easy for you to say,…” Mutt whimpered as he continued to shove meat into the ever changing zombie’s waiting jaws.
“Dude at this rate we’re going to run out of meat…” Red remarked
“Well it won’t hurt for us to be vegetarian for a while….” Stan grumbled as he continued driving out of town.
As they drove along as fast as the SUV could go they could see hordes of zombies on the sides of the road luckily for them as long as they kept driving the zombies couldn’t keep up with them. Course it didn’t help that they had a zombie trapped with them as Kyle was devouring every bit of meat they had, all except of course for the pork which Mutt refused to feed him since it wasn’t kosher.
The drive was a long one extending into the night and into the early dawn. The SUV continued to roll on after as everyone except Kyle, Jason, and Stan had fallen asleep. Amazingly Mutt had managed to stuff the new zombie recruit with enough meat to keep his appetite appeased for a good few hours. Stan on the other was fallen asleep at the wheel the poor guy had been driving all night and now the dim yellow rays of the early morning sun were on the horizon.
The sunlight revealed that the SUV had entered on the outer fringes of a town located in a Colorado Desert. And on the fringes was an abandoned gas station accompanied by a convenience store the area was abandoned and appeared desolate enough for a quick stop to fuel up on gas and whatever else would be needed later on.
The dark grey SUV pulls in next to a gas pump. “Guys….guys!!!!” Stan yelled but to no avail. That’s when zombie Kyle decided to give his nearest neighbor Mutt a wakeup call by tasting his face. There’s no feeling quite like an ice cold dead tongue accompanied by death’s breath on your face in the morning.
Mutt woke up in a scream causing the rest of the sleepers to quickly wake up in a panic. The panic soon died down and a very rare laugh came from
Jason Voorhees.
“Oh it’s nice for you Uncle Jason. You’re don’t have to worry about being turned into a zombie!” Mutt yelled
“They’re awake now Stan...” Kyle alerted him
“Thanks Kyle…” Stan replied
Mutt shuttered as he could still feel the ice cold sensation. “UGGH!!!”
“Ugh…whew….so where are we?” Wendy asked as the passengers surveyed their surroundings.
“We’re at an abandoned gas station….it’s far enough from the zombie infested towns for a quick and I mean quick stop. I’m going to fuel the tank with gas, if you guys need to go to the bathroom or want to grab some more food or just need to stretch I’m giving you about…” Stan glanced at the clock on his cell phone. “Eh 15 minutes should be enough and not long enough for any zombies to track us got it?” He asked
“Ok. “ Everyone replied
Stan groaned a bit as everyone piled out of the SUV.
“Wow Stan you’re exhausted...Perhaps we should switch drivers while we’re here. “Red noted as she and Wendy stood by his side.
“Yeah I need some rest badly, guys.” Everyone except zombie Kyle stops to listen. “When you come back make sure to decide whose driving next because
I’m really tired…oh and make sure you guys keep an eye on Kyle ok.”
“Ok...” Everyone replied as they turned towards the convenience store John turned to Uncle Jason. “I know you’re getting a bit tired of being a guard but please stay here and watch out for Stan and the others who are at this pump. They’re outside and therefore very vulnerable.” John told him. With that Jason nodded. “Want anything?”
Jason just shrugged.
“Eh we’ll just raid the place anyway...” John remarked as he left Jason took his guard stance next to the gas pump as Stan began filling the tank.
Meanwhile in the store Mutt was busy taken bags and stuffing them with just about every bagged food and bottle drink in the store, chips, pretzels, popcorn, candy, water, soda, milk, chocolate milk, juice, and much, much more. Big bags, small bags, big bottles and small bottles they were all being shoved into bags. Tweek and Pip were keeping Mutt company as
he continued to stuff the bags. When out of nowhere they could hear crashing noises being accompanied by loud chewing.
“AARRGH!!! WHAT WAS THAT?!!!” Tweek asked
Mutt had his machete held up ready to slice into anyone that would dare try to attack them. “It’s coming from behind the counter!” The trio slowly walked behind the counter to see a figure stuffing itself with gas station hot dogs that had been sitting on their rollers for quite some time.
“It’s…Kyle!!!” Pip noted as the figure turned out to be none other than zombie Kyle searching for meat wherever he could get it. The trio breathe a
sigh of relief as they watched Kyle stuff himself.
“Dude Kyle….you know some of those are made with pork….and they’ve probably been sitting there for months.” Mutt informed him Kyle just looked at him as he continued to eat the old hot dogs. “And I’m guessing at this point you don’t care….damn we’re going to need some more meat….” He groaned to himself
“AGGH I CAN’T TAKE THIS I NEED COFFEE!!!” Tweek yelled
“Sir Tweek how do you expect to get coffee there’s none in the pots and we don’t have a microwave to make instant coffee.” Pip asked
At that moment Mutt continued further behind the counter where the cigarettes and lighters were and began stuffing another bag full of them with Kyle watching him.
“Dude….*chomp, munch* you smoke??” Kyle asked
“…good to see you’re humanity isn’t completely lost yet. But no see we’ll need to start a fire eventually and we’ll need some to keep the fire going I’ve learned that the stuff in these cigarettes are the best tinder to start and keep a fire alive for hours on end. “Mutt explained. “I learned that trick
from the McCormicks themselves.” At those words Mutt sighed “I wonder if they made it you know other then Kenny.”
“Maybe…you never know…I hope all our families made it…or at the least were turned into zombies other then devoured so they can come back when….if we fix everything…” Kyle replied as he finished the last of the old gas station hot dogs
“Yeah can’t give up yet….” Mutt replied at that moment he watched Kyle attack a counter full of beef jerky and began to greedily stuff himself with beef jerky. “Here guys take these bags back to car I’m not quite done but I should be shortly.” He told Pip and Tweek as he handed them the bag fulls of bagged snacks, sodas, juice, water, milks, cigarettes and lighters and what not.
“Right-o!” Pip responded cheerfully as he and Tweek trekked towards the SUV with their load.
Mutt then began searching for extra meat; it would be needed if they were to appease the appetite of a forever hungry zombie. He began stocking a bag full of jerky not yet discovered by Kyle, canned meats, other canned goods while he was at it, then stock piled on coffee, tea, cereal, paper plates, paper bowls, paper towels, toilet paper, then found the frozen foods section. Amazingly the power was still working and the food inside still kept fresh and so Mutt began stuff the bags full of frozen dinners, frozen vegetables, frozen meat, and his growing favorite frozen waffles.
“Don’t you need a toaster for frozen waffles?” Kyle’s voice came from behind Mutt turned around to find the zombie with a crumpling can of SPAM in his jaws.
“….I’ll find someway to cook um…you do know that’s ham right?” Mutt asked as Kyle slices the can wide open with rather ease with his new gained bone crushing teeth. He quickly ate up whatever was inside
Mutt just watched with a rather uncomfortable sense, if the zombie virus had Kyle in its grips just enough for him to break his Jewish taboos in not even a day he wondered how long would it be before Kyle would be eating his own friends.
“Meh….its not too bad my undead side seems to enjoy it...” Kyle said as he smacked and licked his lips. “OOooh there’s more!” Kyle added as he stared a shelf full of SPAM.
Mutt groaned as he shoved all the cans of SPAM in to his bag before Kyle could chow down on another can. “That’s for later…this is going to be a long ass trip. Come on Stan said 15 minutes” He said as he began to walk back towards the car with more bags of food and junk.
“Can I have one more can now please?” Kyle pleaded as he followed behind Mutt. His stomach was groaning and demanding for more meat.
“Wait until we get in the car Kyle!” Mutt replied
“I want it now….” Kyle repeated as his tone grew a bit more demanding
“But we’re almost there relax…..” In the midst of his reply Mutt found himself being shoved to the ground by a very impatient zombie.
“I SAID I WANT IT NOW!” Kyle demanded as he pinned Mutt to the ground with his foot. Mutt just stared at him wide eyed with a hint of fear, Kyle stared right back with fear in his own eyes. “Oh my God….I’m so sorry….I I don’t know what happened…” He said as he backs off of Mutt.
Mutt quickly got off the ground and hands Kyle a can of SPAM. “He-Here you go…” He responded his voice revealing he was pretty shaken.
“I’m sorry…I really am….”Kyle repeated as he and Mutt continued for the car. Mutt didn’t even look back at Kyle as he treks over to the SUV.
“Mutt…? Mutt slow down please!” Kyle pleaded still carrying the unopened SPAM. “…Mutt….!”
“What?! What do you want more SPAM?!” Mutt asked as he turns around to face Kyle and stuffs Kyle’s mouth with another can. “Better?!”
Kyle spat out the can “Look Mutt I really didn’t mean to attack you like that it just sort of happened I got upset over,,,,,,canned meat…” He responded
The others were standing around the SUV as they watched Mutt and Kyle approach.
“Dudes what happened?” Stan asked as the two arrived.
Kyle groaned thinking Mutt would tell the others how he exploded and how the zombie rage had taken over his mind for that short period.
Mutt sighed “Nothing….nothing…just stock piled on more supplies…we should be good for awhile.”
Kyle breathe a sigh of relief
“Ok good well our gas tank is full and we filled up about 4 containers of extra gasoline just encase. So we’re ready to go…all we need is a new driver...” Stan replied “So whose driving?” As he asked this no one responded as Kyle took his spot in the back seat. No use in trying to drive while he was turning into a ravenous zombie.
“True question is who CAN drive?” Red asked but still no one responded.
“I guess I’ll drive for a while…” Mutt replied after a few moments of still silence. He certainly didn’t want to return to his spot right next to a starving zombie that just attacked him.
“…can you drive?” Wendy asked
“Sure Stuart taught me how to drive his pick up truck...and SUV wouldn’t be much of a problem. “Mutt replied as he stuffed the extra supplies in the back before setting up in the driver’s seat. “Oh yees this is nice…you know before the newer Mustang’s came out my first car love was a Jimmy 4 by 4 SUV. “ He commented as he got comfortable in his new seat.
“Ok I guess we’re ready then. “Stan replied “Everyone else in the car.”
With that the girls and Pip took their former spot in the passenger seat but in the back a bit of commotion was going on. With Mutt now in the drivers seat it left the spot right next to zombie Kyle open and basically no one wanted to sit next to a zombie.
“You can sit next there Tweek, I don’t mind at all.” Kevin told him
“ARGHHH! NO WAY DUDES!! YOU SIT NEXT TO HIM!” Tweek replied
“What about you John,….?” Kevin offered
“Hell no….” John replied the trio continued to squabble over who was sitting next to Kyle whom Stan noticed, was visually getting upset.
“What’s wrong Kyle?” Stan asked him
“No body wants to sit next to me….they don’t trust me…” Kyle responded as he looked down at the ground.
“You guys relax! He might be a zombie but he’s still our friend!” Stan told the arguing trio.
“Fine then you sit next to him…” John told him, Stan stopped in his tracks for a moment and then he glared back at the trio.
“I will! Seriously guys its not like he’s going to eat your face off just as soon as you sit next to him.” Stan remarked as he sat next to his best friend “It’s ok Kyle I’ll sit next to you.”
“Yeah warning ya Stan who ever has that seat has the job of shoving meat down a hungry zombie’s throat. “Mutt told him as the other three finally got into the car followed by Uncle Jason who closes the door on his way in.
“I’m cool with that but can I at least sleep first??” Stan asked Kyle.
“Yeah sure dude! You need your rest badly...” Kyle replied as he smiled a bit, happy that at least his best friend wasn’t going to try to avoid him.
“Ok then we’re ready when you are Mutt.” Stan said
With that Mutt starts the ignition.
“Where do you want me to go…?” He asked
“Well something was telling me to head west which is how we got here so just continue that way…..” Stan replied with a shrug
(still going so yeah XD)
