What episode do you think Kyle really started to hate Cartman? Was it the Ants In The Pants incident? Or was it sometime after that?
I'm too tired to look it up currently but I was watching season one and trying to gauge it.

It's just that when Kyle and Stan fought in "Prehistoric Ice Man" they both called Cartman their new best freind. Kyle now would never say that. Kyle would go for Kenny XD
